1. Course Purchases

All purchases made on our platform for digital courses are final and non-refundable. However, we recognize that special circumstances may arise. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at ask@bakedemy.com, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns or cancel your enrollment & issue a refund.

2. Monthly or Annual Subscriptions

Bakedemy offers both monthly and annual subscriptions, providing you with ongoing access to our complete library of courses for a recurring fee.

Cancellation of Subscription:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • When you cancel, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of the billing period. After this date, your access will end, and no further charges will be applied.

Refunds for Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • For annual subscriptions, refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Beyond this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving your request for cancellation, and the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course, please reach out to our support team. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Refunds or credit may be granted if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Duplicate Purchases

In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase after verifying the transaction.

5. Changes to Courses

Bakedemy continuously updates its course content to provide the best learning experience. If a course you’ve enrolled in is updated or replaced with new material, you will automatically receive access to the new content at no extra charge. Refunds will not be provided based on content changes or updates.
